Vail homes
Along Gore Creek, all winter.
Vail homes line Gore Creek at around 8,200 feet, from the condos and townhomes of the Village and Lionshead to the chalets of East Vail and West Vail. Winter here means nights far below freezing and storms off the Gore Range, often while owners are a flight away.
We check your home on a schedule that fits how often you are in town, and we are back the same day when a storm or an outage hits. Every visit adds a dated page to your Home File.

Vail FAQ
Straight answers.
How often should a vacant home in Vail be checked in winter?
Every week from November through April is the safe default. A small leak or a tripped furnace turns into major damage when nobody sees it for a month. Many owners drop to every other week in summer.
Do you work with condos and townhomes?
Yes. We check the unit itself (heat, water, windows and doors) and flag anything that looks like a building issue for you and your HOA.
Can you be our Vail short-term rental local agent?
Yes. We answer within the town’s required 60 minutes (30 minutes overnight) and handle guest and neighbor issues. $175/mo plus $95 per call-out.
Can you get the house ready before we arrive?
Yes. Arrival prep starts at $150: heat up, lights on, walks cleared and groceries stocked at cost plus 15%.
