Beaver Creek homes
Big houses, complex systems.
Beaver Creek homes sit high above Avon at around 8,100 feet. Many are large, complex houses with boilers, snowmelt drives and security systems that need someone watching them all winter, not just when the owners are in town.
Whether you are here every month or twice a season, we keep the house checked, documented in your Home File and ready.

Beaver Creek FAQ
Straight answers.
Do you check homes with snowmelt and boiler systems?
Yes. We confirm the system is running, check for alarm or error lights, and look for trouble signs like ice forming on the drive. Repairs go to your mechanical contractor, with your approval.
How often should my Beaver Creek home be checked?
Weekly from November through April for homes that sit empty. If you visit often, a visit every other week plus storm checks usually covers it.
Can you meet vendors at the house?
Yes. Steward plans include vendor access and oversight. On other plans, vendor meets are $75 an hour.
Do you do house sitting while we travel?
Yes. Overnight house sitting starts at $150 a night, with pet care, mail, plants and a nightly photo update.
