Bachelor Gulch homes
Empty for weeks, in deep snow.
Bachelor Gulch homes sit around 8,500 feet between Beaver Creek and Arrowhead, linked by ski trails to both. Many are large houses with complex systems and owners who visit a few times a season.
That combination is where small problems grow: a big house, empty for weeks, at altitude, under heavy snow. Our Steward plan is built for homes like these, and every visit lands in your Home File.

Bachelor Gulch FAQ
Straight answers.
What does a Steward plan include?
Everything in Weekly Watch (weekly visits, storm and outage response, the Home File) plus vendor access and oversight, arrival prep before every stay, and one call for anything at the house. From $850 a month, priced by home size.
How do you handle keys and alarm codes?
Keys are tagged with a code, never an address. Alarm and door codes live in a password manager and are never sent by email.
Can you check the house after a storm, even off-schedule?
Yes. Storm and outage response is included in Weekly Watch and Steward. On Watch, we add a check after major storms, and a one-off storm check is $195.
Do you offer a resident caretaker?
For homes with a caretaker unit, yes. Scope and hours are set in writing, and pricing is custom.
