Edwards homes
From the river to the ridges.
Edwards sits around 7,200 feet along the Eagle River, with homes and townhomes near the river and golf courses. Above it, Cordillera, Squaw Creek and Lake Creek hold some of the valley’s largest houses, on long drives and behind gates.
Big homes, long absences and complex systems are what our Steward plan is built for. Every visit is logged in your Home File.

Edwards FAQ
Straight answers.
Do you serve Cordillera?
Yes. We set up gate access with you before the first visit, and Steward plans include vendor access for crews you approve.
How often should a large Cordillera home be checked?
Weekly in winter. Large homes have more systems and more places for a small problem to grow unseen.
Can you help with a wildfire score notice?
Yes. The Wildfire File starts at $299, and grant filing for mitigation work is $149.
Do you do arrival prep?
Yes. From $150: heat up, walks cleared and groceries stocked at cost plus 15%.
